You should do a french manicure with blue tips and a little line of silver sparkles right under it, or any solid color, ever a bright pink would be cute

Gold nail varnish! I would reccomend a Barry M one, they are really good, don't chip and they're only 拢2.95!!! Have fun!
i know it sounds wierd, but red would look good. my friend wore a blue dress with red shoes for her formal and it looked great. it makes for a good contrast
