How can you take nail polish without the remover?
Paint clear or light nail polish over it, then wipe it off right away. Don't use a bold color because that will be hard to wipe off all the way.
Wait until it starts to wear off, then pick it off.
My mother told me when she was a kid (they were poor in a third world country and did not have nail polish remover) they weren't supposed to wear polish and would sneak and wear it and then use a razor blade to take the polish off.
I wouldn't recommend that because of obvious reasons.
